When you meet the message, "Skipped Rebuild All", on WinCE

When you meet the message, "Skipped Rebuild All", on WinCe, you cannot build your source to run on WinCE. Please apply the following method:


First,
1. Tools / Options / Projects and Solutions / Build and Run
2. Uncheck the item, "Only build startup projects and dependencies on"
3. Building your sources

Second,  
1. Solution Explorer / Solution / click right button and then select Configuration Manager
2. Check the part of Build
3. Building your sources
