Frost

Last weekend, the water pipe was frozen due to very cold weather. I have experienced this accident for the fist time. As soon as I found this fact, I searched for the phone number on the internet to request help.

    I called the number I found. After my explanation, the representative said that my request was registered. I was waiting for the serviceman's coming but he didn't come to my house for over 3 hours. So I called the same number again. He said that my problem was fixed. I couldn't understand this situation because our problem hasn't been solved yet.

    I had to register my issue again. After 10 hours, the repairman came to my house at 10 pm and then we could come back to our normal life.

    I felt that some issues remained unchanged in public services of the goverment in this city.
